Experience all the excitement of a trip to the races! We run several races on a big screen throughout the evening. In between each race you can collect your winnings!! and place any bets on the next race.
These can be run with real money for Charity or fun money as a social event.
If run as a charity event we will send you a fundraising pack enabling you to get the most out of your event. All race and horse names can be personalised for your event and we will supply a number of Race Cards for the event adding to the fun.
We also use a unique payout calculator so everyone can see how much each horse can payout, often increasing the betting and therefore the money raised for the funds.
If run as a social event we will provide fun money and prizes for the most (and least) successful person.

Variations:
We run these as evening or daytime events. In the better weather they work well as an afternoon event in a marquee as they create the ‘Day at the Races’ atmosphere. Why not include champagne and strawberries!

All the equipment needed such as screen, projector, DVD player, sound system, betting stationary or fun money.
Race cards and a fundraising pack
An event Manager to run all aspects of the event and act as a focal point for the venue and the participants.

These are great for social events, fundraising and as a way to finish a business day such as a planning or training day, which helps team bonding.
You need at least 25 – 30 to create a good atmosphere. The upper number is only dependant on the venue.
