What a brilliant event!!

Advantia needed an event for non-golfers at their annual conference. This had to be something that people of all ages and all levels of fitness could take part in and would take around 3 hours to complete. Fizz Leisure came up with the idea of a treasure hunt-type challenge around the village of Meriden, where our conference was taking place.

Fizz spent a great deal of time scoping the best routes and coming up with the various challenges. They sorted out who was in each group and managed everything on the day and because of the weather some of the outdoor activities had to be moved in-doors which they coped with fantastically.

Armed with digital cameras to record their exploits (to be shown on a big screen later) our delegates had a wonderful time. Despite the weather, everyone agreed that it was great fun, a terrific opportunity to stretch their “little grey-cells”, get into the fresh-air, make new friends and strengthen existing relationships. The bond that developed within the groups and the banter between the groups meant that the event was a resounding success and one that Advantia will definitely be booking again.

What a great Team Building Day...

...the team are still buzzing!

We wanted to organise an activity for our staff and volunteers away from the pressures of work and clients which was fun, competitive, helped with team building and would appeal to people from a range of ages and backgrounds.

The Urban Challenge in Lichfield fitted the bill in every way. The mix of activities – collecting things, answering questions and taking photos – suited everyone. We all had a great time and the selection of amusing and embarrassing photos we took away provided a lasting souvenir of a very successful event.

Thanks for a great social event

As a manager at British Gas, I wanted a team event to thank people for their hard work & celebrate their achievements. I needed the event to be flexible & appeal to all of the team who have a diverse range of ages and interests, and above all I wanted the evening to be fun.

Fizz were an absolute pleasure to work with and the result was an evening that was entertaining & fun for everyone. Steve at Fizz incorporated all of my requests & organised a treasure hunt, games & a quiz and as the evening progressed he incorporated changes around the needs of the team. The feedback from the event was all really enthusiastic & positive. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fizz to anyone who needs an event organising, either corporate or social. The pub games night was great fun

The games were easy to understand, rules were set out with easy to follow instructions, our two hosts of the night kept checking to see if people were all right. I felt the night was good value for money and it had a great atmosphere with very sociable people. I would highly recommend the night and would do it again.
