Why use an external company to supply an event we can run it ourselves

True you could – but often it involves buying a lot of equipment which you may not use again – we supply all the necessary equipment to run each event. Also it’s a fact that you are often too busy to do the organising – so why not let us do all the organising – you just accept the glory for "organising" a fantastic event. Event management companies are expensive

Some are, but we are a small company and have lower overheads, which means our costs to you are lower – but still with the quality personalised service of a smaller company. Also we may be able to save you money as we get discounts from some of our regular suppliers

What are the costs

This will vary depending on a number of factors, eg the participants, the event itself if you need extras such as room hire, catering. Why not contact us today either by email or call us to discuss your requirements.

Do you supply all the events yourself

Events come into three categories...

* Directly developed and run by our own team, eg Treasure Hunts, Walks & Rambles, Race & Poker Nights, Weekends Away etc

* Subcontracted – Sometimes we need to use other specialist companies as its impossible to have all the equipment ourselves, eg Tank Driving (unfortunately we don’t have our own tanks!)

* A mixture of the two – On larger events in several parts (eg a Team Building Day & Evening) we may subcontract one or more of the elements and run some with our own team

You can rest assured that we only work with carefully selected and vetted companies though.
