Sherwood Forest Luxury Walking & Social weekend

Discover Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park with a lovely Spa hotel

Overview

A great weekend in a wonderful part of the country, discovering the lovely Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park; Autumn is a great time of the year for this weekend as many of the trees should be changing colours, giving spectacular views. There will be wooded and open areas as well as lakeside and riverside walking.

The walking will be easy to moderate as the area is quite flat. As with all our weekends we can tailor the walks to the needs of your group, we can offer the option of a shorter or longer walk on some of the days.

A great hotel is the prestigious Clumber Park Hotel & Spa. It has great Leisure Facilities, plenty of free parking and its own pub – The Normanton Arms. You can even book a treatment if you want. We can however source alternative hotels depending on your budget.

Social activities As with all our walking weekends we can run a number of social activities for your group in the evening. These can range from a simple quiz to skittles or a Race Night.
